GARBAGE - Boxed - Black T-shirt

Brand New, never worn, front and back print Black Authentic GARBAGE T-shirt.

A marketing plan can be a very simple document with key elements to keep your growth strategy in perspective. It is a very important tool for your organization, serving as a reference for all individuals working with the service or product.

Keep in mind that the content should be very dynamic. Updating the document when significant changes are made is key, incorporating important learning along the product or service development.

Here is a basic and effective template:

I. Overview

1. Situation

1.1 Trends/Key Changes in the macro environment: economic and social facts that affect your industry and audience.

1.2 Customer profile.

2. Strengths and Weaknesses of your company and top competitors.

3. External Threats and Opportunities for your company during the designated period of time.

II. Targets: revenue and volume for the time frame. Break it down by shorter periods, if your business involves seasonal variances, and by sales channel, online, offline, etc. That will allow you to track results closely. In addition to numeric targets, try to establish parameters to measure the effectiveness of your programs. Determine what to evaluate, and establish standards of performance. That will allow you to take periodic corrective action.

III. Key Objectives: list here the broad actions that will lead your company to reach your numeric targets. List a minimum of three but no more than six or seven key objectives for the period. Be aggressive but realistic.

As an example of a Key Objective, "Increase your online sales within the channel mix."

IV. Strategies: now it is time to start planning how you will apply resources to implement and achieve those Objectives.

As an example of a Strategy related to the Key Objective above, "Increase unique visitors to your website."

V. Tactics: list the programs that will turn your strategies action oriented.
As an example for the Strategy above, "Optimize the use of keyword search on top search engines."

IV. Attachments: Add to this section your communications schedule, funds allocation chart, and any other charts that will help your team visualize and compare results.

When you build your Marketing Plan, make sure you include your team members in the process, and pay close attention to what competitors are doing. Try to look at your brand, strategies and programs with the eyes of your audience.

I was over 30 years old and already a millionaire from a working class background when I first heard this word - procrastinating - in fact I was accused of it, to which I replied "I did not know if I was or not", because I did not know or understand the word. The superbly educated man who was trying to belittle with its use said it meant 'stalling' and 'time wasting' - to which I replied "Why didn't you say that in the first place." This got me a small round of laughter from the company we were in at the time.

Education is fine if you know what you are going to do with it, but quite simply so very many people, one of which could be you, are paying the price for being backward. Quite simply you are procrastinating. All my life I have found money so very easy to earn, just as much as I have ever wanted. Because of this fact, I have also found hundreds, in fact thousands, of idiots who use big words such as procrastination (taken from the Latin I later came to find out) to replace skills they do not have which in turn creates snobbery. Yes, that's right, snobbery which word once more derives from Latin and means without nobility, which is so incredibly stupid when you look at it because whilst it is very difficult to earn nobility, yet to earn big money is quite easy like anything else when you know how.

Which brings us to you, are you procrastinating when it comes to earning money, or is it simply that you don't know how to turn your hand to the skill. Which in itself then poses the question 'would you like to?' or are you happy procrastinating while life and all it has to offer far in advance oof what you already have passes you by. For years that now number as decades I have met people who could have earned 10 or even 100 times more during their lifetime than they in fact have simply because they don't or didn't have the dreams or goals to do so in the first place. If I could show you how to see and understand the thought patterns that have guided quite ordinary people to the status of the rich and successful would you like this education or do you prefer to procrastinate even more years away to nothing.

Let me return to the first line of this text, just what is being said here? A man who has gone from rags to riches as they used to say is prepared to show you how it's done. Are you so slow and lethargic to be saying 'pull the other one'. Make no mistake on this issue, anyone who wants to earn serious money can do so and the more they understand this subject, like any other the easier or even simpler it becomes. To be truly honest you already know that, so what answer are you going to give as an excuse to your procrastination.

All around the world there are places of education even in the poorest of countries they teach the basics and all the way up this ladder of education people fall by the wayside in masses. I think it will always be so. But for those who can see this and say no to this happening to them. People who are prepared to think above the preconception of the norm. People who don't want to be processed like ants or sheep. Take your pick because this is where procrastination lives by including you with the unwashed as those up the ladder of success refer to you.

When you are ready for your own sake to stand up and be counted to claim the share of wealth on this planet that could so very easily be yours, then look up the author of this script at Knoll Huse Interforum or his history channel Mr Salesmanship, because more than anywhere else on the planet, never mind simply the internet, this is your starting point. The only question will be can you stay the course, the trip to your own prosperity or will you be silly enough to let procrastination take you back to nowhere land that all those who no better call average. Believe it or not all those people have one thing in common and that is they are too busy trying to scrape a living to ever earn this serious money that people like this author find so very easy with little or even no competition from the so called masses which at present you list among.

Two-time professional champion of ABC's hit television show "Dancing With The Stars," Julianne Hough has recently begun focusing on yet another talent - singing.

On May 20, Hough released her self-titled debut album of country music. In the spirit of something her most infamous critics Carrie Anne, Len and Bruno (the judges from the show that made her famous) might say, Hough's debut is very good but there is always some room for improvement.

The best track on the album is probably the first single, "That Song In My Head," which has all the qualities of a fun and catchy tune. Two other songs that really seem to stand out are "My Hallelujah Song" and "About Life" for their sweet vocals and notable themes respectively.

The majority of the tracks fall into what a typical music fan might consider the average to slightly above average category. But, the songs "You, You, You" and "Jimmy Ray McGee" are two examples works that seem either overdone or lacking originality and show the existence of the aforementioned "room for improvement".

Overall, Hough's is something of a breath of fresh air. In an industry that glorifies promiscuity and materialism, she is a complete change of pace. Her debut album gives the music world a refreshing taste of a wholesome and classic country style. And, if she keeps working at it, she could make quite a name for herself as a musician similar to how she has already done so with her skills on the dance floor.

I'd recommend this record to anyone who is more than just a casual country music fan with a passing interest.

After much thought, I have decided to do something new for my fans. So, I shall answer that question here with some guidance and suggestions. Be sure to check in, or better yet, subscribe to my blog if you wish to keep in contact with me and/or follow my career.

I shall covers topics of vital importance to anyone who wants to break into the music business and become a pop star or recording artist. Some people choose to pursue both sides of the aisle, while some choose to be either a pop star or a recording artist. I shall write this article for either.

I can't guarantee that you will become an overnight success. It takes hard work and practice - lots and lots of it. What I can tell you is that I shall write about what you need to know to build a following, get a record deal, and eventually succeed in the music business.

When you become a pop star or recording artist, you will touch people's lives through your entertaining and music, while making money doing what you love to do.

And on top of all that, you will be paid handsomely for doing something that you enjoy. Now, that's not a bad way to have a career.

Do Your Homework First

Before you even embark on your new career, there are several things you need to do to make sure that this is what you really want and to ensure your chances for success. So, your homework should include:

> ensuring you include the important and effective elements of your photos and bio;

> choosing songs that will give you the best chance at getting a record deal;

> recording your demo at minimal cost; and

> picking the right producer for you.

Becoming a "Home-Based Music Entrepreneur"

One of the best ways to land a recording deal is to learn how to start promoting and selling your music on your own. There are many involved steps. Here are a few of them:

* Record your own songs at home.

and others.

> Audition for shows such as American Idol and Making the Band.

From Signing to Stardom

To continue, let us look at what it takes to go from signing your first contract to reaching stardom. So, here are some things you need to know:

* Recoupable expenses and their effect on your signing bonus and artist royalties;

* Marketing and publicity including your first single and music video;

* What you need to know to maximize your earnings:

* What to expect on your first recording project;

* Getting paid for your songwriting;

* Live shows and merchandising;

* Advice on handling stardom;

* Income from producing.

Your Singing Voice

Singers come in all types of skills and talents. Patti Labelle and Mariah Carey, for example, have an enormous vocal range and dead-on technical ability, but there are singers, like Madonna and Janet Jackson, who don't have the same technical ability or range, but have had long and successful careers. Despite your talents and technical abilities, you can have a long a successful career, too.

The first thing to remember here is that you don't have to have to be a Patti Labelle or a Mariah Carey in order to have a career as a singer. The important thing is not to measure yourself in terms of other people, but to make the best of the abilities and talents that you have.

The best way to improve your singing voice is to take voice lessons from a vocal coach. There is a science to singing and techniques that have been developed using that science. These things like methods of proper breathing, placement of your voice, hearing and pitch, how to extend your range, and how to keep from damaging your vocal cords are just some of the techniques you will have to manage. A good vocal coach will help you put these techniques into action to help you get the most from your singing voice.

When to Get a Vocal Coach

Now, getting a vocal coach to help you get your singing career off to a good start. Once you've been signed to a record company, maybe they will pay to have you work with a vocal coach. Nevertheless, I think that it is worth it to invest in vocal coaching in advance. But, there are a couple factors you need to consider.

Let me share them with you: The first factor to consider is whether or not your voice is capable of handling the demands of your type of music. There is a big difference in the vocal requirements of different styles of music. The way you would use your voice as a gospel singer is a lot different than the way you would use it as a rapper.

* If you're having difficulty meeting the vocal demands for your style of music, then you will need to invest in some voice lessons right away. I say right away because that is what you will have to do if you're serious about getting your career started and having it become successful.

* If you have serious problems with your pitch, such as singing flat or sharp often, then consider a vocal coach to help you.

* Also, if you have an extremely limited range, don't think a record company will sign you right away. You will need to work on it so that you will have an extended range.

* If you notice that your voice gets fatigued quickly, you will need lessons to learn to strengthen it. Some signs of vocal fatigue include your voice cracks, your throat feels strained, your natural vocal range diminishes, and you get hoarse easily.

* Final factor to consider: If you, your closest friends, and your family think you are tone-deaf, then it's time to think seriously about getting a vocal coach. Tone-deafness is an inability to accurately reproduce a note of music. People who are tone deaf always sing off-key, no matter how hard they try. Tone deafness is not very common; what is common is a tendency for singers to go a bit flat or sharp sometimes (instead of all the time).

A vocal teacher can tell you if you are actually clinically tone-deaf. Most likely you are not and you simply need to work on improving your hearing and pitch. Voice lessons can help tremendously. A big part of the process is learning how to hear and reproduce notes accurately with your voice.

Finding Your Vocal Coach

I hope that it has been helpful to you so far. Remember, it is just my brief thoughts and comments on building your career in the music business. If you're truly serious about having such a career, then I strongly recommend that you get the music guide that I'll mention at the end. Now, here are my comments for today.

The best way to find a good vocal coach is through word-of-mouth within the music community. Other singers are the best sources for reliable information on who's good. Talk to singers active in your local scene, call universities with music programs and music instruction schools in your area, contact music industry organizations, check with choir members from your local churches.

The top vocal coaches in the music business can be expensive ($100/hour and up), but it is possible to find reasonably priced voice lessons. Music instruction schools and lesser-known private instructors are your best bet.

One important thing to remember about voice lessons and vocal coaches: there are quite a few different methods and techniques that can be used for voice training. The method used depends on the teacher. To get the most bang for your buck, monitor yourself closely. Is your voice getting stronger? Is your vocal range getting wider? Are you getting better at consistently singing on key? If several months go by and you aren't seeing any improvement in your problem areas, you may need to switch teachers.

Latin Thug - 4 Life Beater - Women's T-Shirt

Looking for something to do that the whole family will enjoy and keep them occupied? Look no further. Below are ideas that will be fun for everyone in your family. Including great activities for kids to do when you hear those dreaded words of "there is nothing to do" or "we are bored." From family road trips to rainy days when going outside is impossible. These family activities will keep everyone entertained!

Road Trip Fun

Tired of "Are we there yet?", or "I'm bored!" Here are a couple of VERY easy family games great for in the car.

Rhyming

Start with the letter A. Say a word that begins with the letter, for example: "apple". The next person has to find a word to rhyme. Everyone takes a turn finding a rhyming word. The person who can't think of a word that rhymes goes to the next letter of the alphabet and starts over. This keeps going until you reach the end of the alphabet.

One Word Association

Start with any word. The next person has to say another word that comes to their mind from the original word. This game can go for a long time because each person comes up with the new word which allows for a new association. A great family activity that will make a long road trip more like a short trip to the grocery store!

Example: Dog - bone - eat - dinner - cook - groceries - money - allowance - etc.

Seek Color

Look around as you are driving. Name items by color, not using a color twice.

The person who finds the most colors wins.

Example: Tree/green, road/gray, sign/yellow, car/blue, truck/red, etc.

Story

Begin a sentence with 2 to 4 words. The next person repeats your words and then adds 2 to 4 words of their own and so on. This continues until it has gone around enough that the story is all mixed up or forgotten. A new person then starts a new story.

For example: (1st person) Yesterday I saw...

(2nd person)Yesterday I saw a big blue...

(3rd person) Yesterday I saw a big blue ox that was ...

(4th person) Yesterday I saw a big blue ox that was sitting on top ...

(5th person) etc.

Rainy Day Actives

Can't send the kids outside to play? Try some of these activities for kids that are perfect for indoor fun.

MUSICAL STATUE

Have the children dance around to a favorite CD. Ideally one that is fun and upbeat. When the music stops, the children must hold the exact position that they were in. Anyone seen moving is out and the game continues until the last child remains. Have the children take turns running the music and you dance with them.

TREASURE CHEST

This game has been around for a long time. Although it is old, it is ALWAYS fun for both parent and child. Pick a few treasures... nothing fancy is needed... it can be candy, favorite toys, cut out stars, etc. Hide them in the house if it is a rainy day or outdoors if it is a nice day. (Be sure to note where you hid them!) Draw a map with clues on how to find the hidden treasures. And, enjoy!!! If the game ended too soon, let the children hide the treasures and you try to find it!

OTHER INDOOR ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS

Have a picnic inside on the floor. Have the children help you plan the menu. Maybe make a party out it and have each child invite a friend. Tell stories, by someone starting it, and then everyone adding a line. Let everyone's imagination take the story to different places

Draw picture, take turns adding the details, and tell a story along with it.

MAKING A COLLAGE

What you will need: old magazines, safety scissors for kids, glue stick, construction paper, crayons or markers

Give each child a magazine and have them go through it and cut out their favorite things (favorite animals, food, flowers, toys, etc.) Have them paste the pictures onto a piece of construction paper. They can decorate their collage with the crayons and markers. Then have the children explain what their collage is about and why they cut out the items that they did.

Most piano teachers, if they are serious about what they do, are likely to direct students to purchase or at least be interested in an acoustic piano. However, there are many reasons why an authentic handcrafted instrument might not be your best choice. With portability, convenience, affordability and all the other features a digital piano offers, you might just want to head in the other direction. When it comes to digital versus acoustic, all it basically boils down to is just a matter of genuineness against everything else there is. This is how you can determine which will best suit you in the long run.

Acoustic piano are deficient in many features that you will find in a Digital piano, as the volume control and the convenience of porting your music to your personal computer and many others. The latest version of the Digital piano includes onboard functions such as the electronic metronome as well as mixing features. In comparison to the Acoustic piano, the making of a Digital piano involved the velocity calculating of each key, making this an array of high quality recordings possible. The aesthetic quality of the sound produced is of high quality. An Acoustic piano comprises of a multifaceted assortment of hammers, strings as well as other operational parts which function in association. This simply put, is that when any note is being played, in is not played entirely on its own, instead is affected by the surrounding mechanisms of the piano. As for example, when you play a chord on a Digital piano the outcome would be three notes being played, as though they have been recorded independently, whereas on an Acoustic piano, the three notes would act together with each other and become a stew of ambiance resulting in a more complex and more affluent reverberation. An acoustic piano has no limit of loudness or softness as to when a note is being played; digital pianos have a limited noise level that can be reached, meaning that you would not be able to play a note as loud or as soft as you wish.

Key touch is a vital issue aside from the sound. Digital pianos have been made to feel like their acoustic counterparts. The hammer on the digital has been applied to a graded hammer action, as with the line of hammers on the acoustic which slowly becomes lighter from the left to the right. The digital piano hammers are mainly an annex of the piano players' fingers. The hammers on the acoustic piano on the other hand acts as projectiles which are sprung at the springs.

The general difference in recital between a digital and an acoustic piano would be bleak. What it simmers down to, is the accuracy versus everything else, bear in mind that it is the authenticity that you would be paying for at the end of the day. Depending on your needs and in what route you would want to take your music, the decision in the end would be yours to make. Acoustic or Digital?

You can get a more in-depth knowledge about the piano in general and the many types of digital piano in particular by going to the-piano-site.com - The Complete Online Resource For Pianos And Piano Music.

I don't mean to alarm anyone and I certainly don't mean to be an extremist, (Okay, the article on the destruction of mankind as we know it may have been borderline) but there is a rumor that, if true, could cause extreme havoc in the community and the release of thousands of people taking to the streets and screaming at the top of their lungs, like in a bad Japanese monster flick. I'm speaking about, of course, the return of Disco!

I know. I know. Those of us who lived through it, back in the 70's remember, all to well, the metamorphosis that took place in our culture. It was a little more than three decades ago that the onslaught of music, with the open and closed cymbal, made people dress in very bizarre fashions and forced them to go to nightclubs so they could "Shake Their Booty", because "That's The Way They Liked It" (Uh-huh, uh-huh.)

Many of you may have met your future spouses at one of these places, married them, and created your own generation of disco dudes and dudettes. The writing is on the wall, folks. What goes around, comes around and the chance that your offspring might end up in this God-awful craze, could be just a Bee Gees song away.

For those of you who were too (how can I put this delicately?) wrecked to remember anything from the last six years of that decade, here are some telltale signs to determine if a member of your brood is considering becoming trapped in that Black Hole called Disco!

Are they using terms like "funky", "get down" or "bad" when they mean good? Example: Kid - "This hot fudge sundae is bad." Parent - "It smells alright to me." Is their bedroom wall covered with K.C. and the Sunshine Band posters? Have you caught them, in front of the mirrors, practicing dance steps, which include, pointing to the floor and then swinging the arm up and pointing to the sky? Then you've got trouble, my friend, right here in River City. I say, trouble and that starts with "t" which rhymes with "d" and that stands for Disco!

It's amazing the impact those five letters had on our everyday lives; not only in music, but in fashion, too. Who will ever forget bellbottom trousers? I mean, bellbottoms that spread out so wide, Ringling Brothers could have handled a complete matinee under one pant leg and kept a third world country dry under the other one.

The fabric of the 70's was, none other than, polyester. "Poly" from the term "able to stretch like rubber" and "ester" meaning "extremely flammable." (Anyone who has ever dropped a lit cigarette on a pair of polyester pants will know they ignite faster than a Ford Pinto.)

Who will ever forget the popular leisure suit? The universal appeal to this little number was the fact that you could get married in it and, later that afternoon, Velcro a number on the back and play shortstop on a league softball team. Under the jacket would be worn a very loud and decorative shirt with wild colors, crazy patterns, and lapels wide enough to land a troop transport on them.

To cap off this lovely ensemble there was a piece of fancy footwear called the platform shoe. The purpose of these shoes were to allow people, intent on suicide, the opportunity to do it at any given time. The victim would stand on top of these shoes, while a crowd would gather below and chant, "JUMP!" Later, after they went out of style, platform shoes were used to raise houses in low-lying, flood-prone areas.

So, if you feel your children may be falling into this dreaded trap, there is help. Pick up the phone and dial 1-800-DSCO-STNKS. Operators are standing by now to talk to your child about Generation X (or Y, or whatever letter they're using this month) and play music dated no later than 1969.

Remember, help is just a phone call away.
